Departments Items can be used to add additional charges to a job. They can be graphics, finishing, misc charges, etc. Items can be priced by time and/or piece, linked to supplies for depletions, and tracked with timers.
Adding Price Per Piece
Step Action
1. Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing
section.
2. Select {New} under Price Per Piece. A New Price Per Unit Scale modal will open.
3. Complete the fields.
Field | Description |
Pieces Up To | Enter in the end quantity for pieces. e.g. 1st Scale: 500 (from 1 -500) 2nd Scale: 1000 (from 501 - 1000) |
Price Per Unit Per Piece | Enter the Price Per Unit Per Piece. Note: Price value can be entered up to 6 decimal places. |
4. Select {Save} to add a single rate scale or {Save and Add New} to add multiple rate scales.
A results window will pop-up to indicate the Department Item Price Per Unit Scale has been
saved.
Editing Price Per Piece
Step Action
1. Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing
section.
2. Hover mouse over the name of price per piece scale to be edited and select the pencil
icon that appears on the right-hand side of the name.
An Edit Price Per Unit Scale modal window will open.
3. Make required changes.
4. Select {Save} to add a single rate scale or {Save and Add New} to add multiple rate scales.
A results window will pop-up to indicate the Department Item PricePerUnit Scale has been saved.
Deleting Price Per Piece
Step Action
1. Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing
section.
2. Select entries under Price Per Piece to be deleted by checking boxes on the
left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New}
under Price Per Piece.
3. Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be
4. Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate
the selected scales have been deleted.
