Department Items - Adding Department Items
Step Action
1. Select {Department Items} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to
Department Items section.
2. Select {New} under Department Items. An Add Department Items modal
window will open.
3. Select department items to be added by checking boxes on the left-hand side.
All items can be selected by checking box to the left-hand side above name field.
4. Select {Add}. A results window will pop up to indicate the department items have been
saved.
Department Items - Deleting Department Items
Step Action
1. Select {Department Items} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Department Items
section.
2. Select entries under Department Items to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand
side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under Department Items.
3. Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be
deleted.
4. Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate
the selected department items have been deleted.
