Customer Goods - Adding New 

Customer Goods



Step     Action

  1.      Select {Inventory} and then select the Customer Goods tab.

  2.      Select {New} under Customer Goods. An Add Item modal window will 

             open.

  3.      Select item to be added by checking box on the left-hand side.

  4.      Select {Add}. A New Customer Good modal window will open. 
        Complete the fields.
Field

Description
Location
Select Location of item.
Minimum Level
Enter value of Minimum Level of this item to be maintained.
Prepaid
Select from drop-down if item will or will not be Prepaid.
Shell Stock

Select from drop-down if item is or is not Shell Stock.

Default Order Quantity
Enter value to set the Default Order Quantity for this item.


  5.     Select {Save}.
