Records - Searching Records


Step      Action

  1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Records} under Communications.

  2.        The search criteria that can be used include:

Field
Action
Customer
Enter the full or partial Customer name.
To
Enter the full or partial recipient name.
From
Enter the full or partial sender name.
Type
Select an option from the Type field drop-down. 
Description
Enter the full or partial item description.
Status Select an option from the Status field drop-down.

 

  3.        Once the search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all 

             search criteria, select {Clear}.
