Department Items - Duplicating a

Step     Action

  1.      Select {Settings} then select {Department Items} under Dockets.

  2.      Select entries under Department Items to be duplicated by checking boxes

             on the left-hand side. All entries can be duplicated by checking box to right of

          {New} under Department Items.

  3.      Select {Duplicate}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the department

           items have been duplicated. The duplicated department items will also now

           appear with (Copy) in the name.

 

  4.      Select X to close pop-up results window.
