Catalogs - Creating a New Catalog



Step     Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Catalogs} under Online Ordering

  2.      Select {New} under Catalogs. A New Catalog page will open.


  3.      Complete the Configuration fields.

Field
Description
Name
Enter Name of department item.
Active
Default set to Yes.
Global Catalog
Default set to Yes.
Thumbnail
Follow the steps below to add a Thumbnail to the selected catalog:
1.   Select {Choose File} under Thumbnail. A File Upload modal window will open.


 2.  Locate file on computer to be imported and select {Open}. The name of the file to

      be opened will appear to the right of the {Choose File} button.


       The Thumbnail will be added when the Configuration section is saved.






Tags
Select one or more Tags from the drop-down menu.
Note: These options can be modified. (See Dockets-Tag)



  4.      Select {Save}. The page will now show the name of the new catalog.


 

         Note: The option to add additional catalog information will be available once the
       Configuration
 information has been saved and the edit catalog page generated.
