Dashboard

The Dashboard is a high-level company view of financials, work in progress, and sales. The Dashboard displays company-wide information pertaining to how many Orders have been entered into the DocketManager system, how much money is currently owed to the company, how busy each department is with Orders, the Status of all the Quotes/Orders in the system, the Actual vs. Projected Sales, Deposits, and POs. The Dashboard also displays information that pertains only to the logged in user, such as Timers, Tasks, and My Recent Communications. The Dashboard is customizable, and widgets can be hidden from specific users using Security Roles.

Order Totals

The information in the module above displays the amount of Orders in $ amount that have been entered into the DocketManager system Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, and This Year.

My Info Table

This table displays the number of Customers assigned to the logged in user (if the logged in user is a CSR or Sales Rep on the account), how many Quotes & Orders have been input by the logged in user, and how much time has been accumulated through Timers for the day by the logged in user.

*The timer resets every 24 hours and logged time can be managed through Settings > Dockets (row) > Timers.

Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable displays how much money is owed by Customers Currently, 30 Days, 45 Days, 60 Days, and 90 Days past due.

*This information is being generated from the Accounting page.

Tasks

The Tasks table displays all Tasks that have been assigned to the logged in user. Tasks are used to keep a running ‘to-do’ list, to assign follow-ups, or to keep track of parts of an order process that need to be completed.

Tasks can be assigned to the logged in user, or to other users. Tasks can also be associated to a Customer, Contact, Order, or Order Item page.

The Task will always exist on the Dashboard of the logged in user it has been assigned to, under the Tasks Icon on the top right corner of the screen, as well as the page the Task has been associated with.

Tasks exist in all locations until they have been marked as Completed (which keeps the completed task stored in the history of DocketManager via Settings > Communications (row) > Tasks), or Deleted (which removes the task from the DocketManager database).

When a new Task has been assigned, a notification will appear at the top of the screen of the user it has been assigned to.

*Task due dates will appear in red if they are due today, or are past due.

Production

The Production table displays how much money in Orders is currently sitting within each department (which has been assigned on the Production Page). Hovering over a department will reveal how many Items are sitting within a specific department.

*This information is being generated from the Production page. For more information regarding the breakdown of the price of each Item, navigate to CRM (page) > Sales (tab) > expand the Unposted Orders (+).

Communications

The My Recent Communications table represents the emails that have been sent out from DocketManager. DocketManager uses the email address associated with the logged in user's account and emails on their behalf. When an email is sent, DocketManager will indicate through a status whether the email Failed to send, was successfully Sent, or has been Opened/Read.

DocketManager generates the .pdf for Quotes, Proofs, Generic emails/follow-ups, Invoices, etc., which makes it easy to email clients all the appropriate information.

*Canned email responses can also be created by navigating to Settings > Communications (row) > Canned Emails.

Orders / Quotes

The Order table displays the total amount of Orders that are currently Posted (completed orders), Unposted (orders in production), and Void (voided orders) in the DocketManager system.

The Quote table displays the total amount of Quotes that have the status of Converted (converted from a quote to an order), Active (active as a quote), and Lost (unsuccessful quotes) in the DocketManager system.

Hovering over a color will display how many Orders or Quotes are in each category. This information resets once every fiscal year.

Sales

This table displays the Actual, Projected, and Previous sales.

*This information is being generated from the Sales tab in CRM. To manage the projected sales, navigate to CRM (page) > Sales (tab) > insert the amount of $ projected for each month.

Deposits

The Deposits table populates with the Deposits that have been input into the DocketManager system.

Deposits display according to the most recent.

*For more information regarding Deposits, Navigate to Accounting (page) > Deposits (tab).

POs

The PO table displays the POs that have been input into the DocketManager system. POs can be created to order Stock or Supplies.

*For more information regarding the POs, navigate to Inventory (page) > PO (tab).
