Marketing Campaigns - Creating a New Marketing Campaign


Step     Action

 1.       Select {CRM} and then select the Marketing Campaigns tab.

 2.        Select {New} under Marketing Campaigns. A New Marketing Campaigns

             page will open.


  3.      Complete the General fields.

Field

Description 

Name

Enter a Name for the marketing campaign.

Customer

Select a Customer from the drop-down menu.

Due Date

Select Due Date using calendar.

Completed Select Yes or No to indicate if the campaign has been completed.

 

  4.      Select {Save}. The page will now show the name of the new campaign.

       

         Note: The option to add additional marketing campaign information will be 

       available once the General marketing information has been saved and the 

       new marketing campaign page generated. (See Marketing Campaign-Items

       and Marketing Campaigns-Contacts)
