Defaults - Commission Contacts


Adding a Commission Contact

Step     Action.      

   1.     Select {Settings} and then select {Defaults} under Customers section. Select 

          {Financial} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Financial section. 

   2.     Select {New} under Commission Contacts. A Commission Contact modal 

          window will open.

  3.      Complete the fields.

Field

Description

Contact

Select a Contact from the drop-down menu.

Commission

Enter value for the default Commission percentage.

  4.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Commission Contact 

          has been saved.

  5.      Select X to close pop up results window.


Editing a Contact

Step     Action

  1.      Hover mouse over the Contact to be edited. A pencil icon will appear on the right-hand 

             side of the name. Select the pencil icon.

           An Edit Commission Contact modal window will open.

  3.     Make required changes.

  4.     Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Commission Contact has been saved. 

  5.       Select X to close the pop-up window.    


Deleting a Contact
Step     Action

  1.      Select entries under Commission Contacts to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand

          side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under Commission Contacts.  

  2.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.

  3.      Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate

          the selected items have been deleted.


  4.      Select X to close pop up results window.
