Items can be deleted from:

• Order, Quote, or Product view page
• Order > Items or Quotes Items tab > Item Vertical Ellipses
  

To Delete Items from the Order, Quote, or Product View page:

Step     Action

  1.       From the Items table, select Items to be deleted by checking the boxes on the 

            left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under 

            Items.

  2.        Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm the items to be deleted.

  3.        Select {OK}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected 

              items have been deleted.

To Delete Items from the Quote > Items or Order > Items tab:

Step     Action

  1.       From the Quote > Items or Order > Items tab, open the sub-action menu by clicking 

            on the vertical ellipses for an item.

  2.       Select {Delete} from the drop-down. A window will pop-up to confirm the items to be deleted.

  3.       Select {OK}. A results pop-up will indicate the selected item has been deleted.
