Navigate to CRM > Customers > Click on Sample Customer then Actions > Edit.

Scroll down to the Online Ordering section.

Here you can make the following adjustments:

  • Default Portal - These selections will be the default portals each new contact will be given access to.
  • Automatically Grant Contacts Product Access - If this is set to yes, all new Contacts created will be given access to all products under the Customer, and all new Products created will be applied to all current contacts. If this is set to no, all Product access must be manually applied to Contacts.
  • Online Security Role Access - These selections will be the available options an Online Admin user will have access to grant to their online users.

Contact Access

Portal and Product Access can also be designated at the Contact level.

Navigate to CRM > Contacts > Sample Contact and scroll down to Online Ordering.

Here you can assign a Role, Username, Password, Portal Access, and set a Default Portal.
