Security Roles

  • Navigate to Settings > Admin > Security.
  • Click on a Security Role to view / revise permissions.
  • Check the box next to a Security Role then click Duplicate to duplicate a role.
  • Check the box next to a Security Role then click Delete to delete a role.


The Security Role page is presented in the same order as the menu options in the Side Navigation Menu.


From there each permission is a option within that menu selection. 
For example take note of the options under Dashboard

  • Order Totals
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Production
  • Orders
  • Quotes
  • Sales
  • Deposits


Now click on Dashboard from the side menu. All of those items are presented in order and can be displayed or hidden for specific users.



Your system comes with preset Security Roles that you can adjust to suit your needs. You can also create new Roles if necessary. A User can be assigned to a Role at the bottom of the Security Role window. 

It is best practice to assign only one role to a user.
