Digital and Offset Stocks

• Select Inventory from the Navigation Menu Panel.
• Click New.

An example digital / offset stock is shown in the screenshots below.

Use the Tool Tip icons (i) to help guide you through the fields in each section.

In the screenshot below you will see that this stock is setup to Price By Piece, the Price Per is set at 1000, and the Price Scale is set with a Cost of $58.00. This translates to $58.00 per 1000 sheets. 

The Printed Markup is defaulted at 40% and the Blank Markup (if you are not printing on the stock) is set at 80%.

Cutting Lift Size, Cut Cost, and Price can be defaulted in Settings > Dockets > Stock. As a general rule the lift size for text is 500 and 250 for cover stocks. 

A Minimum Level can be set for each stock as well as an Inventory Warning and a Location. Inventory Warning should be set to No until you are ready to Go Live. This toggle can be set in Bulk Actions or by exporting your stock list, making the change, and reimporting the list.
