Step 1: Add your logo

  • Navigate to Settings > Communications > Documents.
  • Click on Choose Image and select your company logo.


Suggested logo size should not exceed 150 px high x 450 px wide. Acceptable file formats jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp.


Step 2: Choose a Design Style

  • Click this link to view our Template Library.
  • Click on Document Templates.
  • Choose a Style.
  • Click on a document.

There is a Preview File available to see what the document will look like. 

Step 3: Create a Document

  • Click on Download the Code.
  • Select All (Command + A on a Mac / Ctrl + A on a Windows machine).
  • Copy (Command + C on a Mac / Ctrl + C on a Windows machine).
  • Navigate back to Settings > Communications > Documents.
  • Click on New.
  • Fill out the fields using the Template Library page as a reference for size and margins.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the </> icon to enter html mode.
  • Paste the copied code (Command + V on a Mac / Ctrl + V on a Windows machine).
  • Click Save.


Your system comes preloaded with the base Design Style 6 documents. You can choose to create New documents or edit existing documents.


Document Customization

Documents can be customized either in Designer Mode or HTML Mode. Please refer to our HTML Guide for more information.


DocketManager offers document customization at an additional charge. Submit a Support Ticket by clicking on Issue in the bottom left corner of your DocketManager screen and then Submit Ticket. Our Support Team will always provide you with a price prior to performing any customizations.
