Step Action
1. Select {Settings} then select {Previous AR} under Accounting.

2. Complete the fields.
| Field | Description |
| Customer | Select Customer option option from the drop-down. A Contact field will appear. |
| Invoice Number | Enter Invoice Number value. |
| Order Date | Select Order Date from the calendar. |
| Invoice Date | Select Invoice Date from the calendar. |
| Subtotal | Enter Subtotal value. |
| Tax Type | Select Tax Type option from drop-down. |
| Description | Enter a Description. |
* The Subtotal, Tax and Grand total field amounts will be system generated based
on the previous field values entered.
3. Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to confirm the invoice has been
created.
