Adding Production Speed Scales

 Step    Action

  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 

            Production section.



  2.       Select {New} under Speed. A New Speed Scale modal window will open.



  3.       Complete the fields.


Field
Description
Number of Press Sheets
Enter the end quantity Number of Press Sheets that will be printed by the press
Impressions Per Hour

Enter the Impressions Per Hour speed.

Size

Select the sheet size from the drop-down that the above speed applies to or leave field as All Sizes to apply speed scale to every size.


Note: These options can be modified. (See Stock - Size)

  4.       Select {Save} to add a single scale or {Save and Add New} to save and add additional
            speed scales. A results window will pop-up to indicate the scale has been saved.

 

Editing Production Speed Scales

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 

            Production  section.

  2.       Hover mouse over the name of speed scale to be edited and select the pencil icon that 

            appears on the right-hand side of the name. An Edit Speed Scale modal will open.



  3.       Make required changes. 

  4.       Select {Save} to add a single scale or {Save and Add New} to save and add additional
            speed scales. A results window will pop-up to indicate the scale has been saved.


Deleting Production Speed Scales

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 

            Production   section.

  2.       Select entries under Speed to be deleted by checking boxes on the 

            left-hand  side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of 

           {New} under Speed. 



  3.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be 

           deleted.

  4.      Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to 

           indicate  the selected scales have been deleted.


Duplicating Production Speed Scales

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to

            Production   section.

  2.       Select entries under Speed to be duplicated by checking boxes on the 

            left-hand  side. All entries can be duplicated by checking box to left of 

            {New} under Speed. 



  3.      Select {Duplicate}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected 

           scales have been duplicated. The duplicated scale will appear under Speed.
