Tags are great way to organize your orders and quotes for searching purposes.  You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any order, order item, quote or quote item you want to help you locate it faster.

 

Creating an Order Tag

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Tags} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {New} under Tags. A New Tag modal window will open.



  3.      Enter new tag name.

  4.      Select {Save}.  A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected tag has

           been saved.


Editing an Order Tag

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Tags} under Dockets.

  2.      Hover mouse over the name of tag to be edited. A pencil icon will appear on the

           right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon. A modal Edit Tag window

           will open.



  3.      Make required changes.

  4.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the tag has been

           successfully saved.


Deleting an Order Tag

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Tags} under Dockets

  2.      Select entries under Tag to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand side.

           All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under Tag.



  3.     Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.

  4.     Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate

          the selected tags have been deleted.
