File Group Name
File Group Name is the name that will appear under the file indicating what type of file it is.
Create Thumbnail
The Create Thumbnail toggle indicates whether or not the system will automatically generate a Thumbnail image when a file is added to the system using this specific File Group. Thumbnails are used in Production Views and on Web 2 Print Order History Pages to provide a visual representation of the order.
Hot Folder
The Hot Folder toggle indicates whether or not the uploaded file has Hot Folder functionality. If you are using Hot Folders a Print File should be toggled to Yes where as a Proof File should be set to No.
