Custom Export
Settings > Admin > Custom Export

The Custom Export page displays two tabs: Customers / Contacts and Orders / Items

Customers / Contacts Tab
The Customer / Contact tab includes Search Filters and Selections that are specific to Customers and Contacts that exist in your system under CRM > Customers / Contacts.

  • Check the box to the left of any selections that you would like included in your export file
  • Use the Search Filters on the left of the page to refine your search
  • Click Export
  • Depending on your browser settings the exported .csv file with either open or save to your computer


Notes:

  • At least one selection must be checked or your export will not include any data. 
  • If a combination of Customer and Contact columns/search filters are selected, the export will generate with multiple lines per Customer# - 1 for each contact.

Smart Lists

Once you create a Custom Export selection a Save icon will appear to the right of the word All at the top of the page. Clicking on the Save icon will allow you to create a Smart List.


Create a Smart List

  • Make at least one check box selection and utilize Search Filters if needed (not required). 
  • Click the Save icon to the right of the word All
  • Enter a Name for your Smart List
  • Click Save

Select a Smart List

Navigate to either the Customer / Contacts or Orders / Items tab that the Smart List was created in.

  • Click on the down Arrow to the right of the word All
  • Select a Smart List from the dropdown
  • The saved Selections and Search Filters will be applied
  • Click Export

Edit a Smart List

Navigate to either the Customer / Contacts or Orders / Items tab that the Smart List was created in.

  • Click on the down Arrow to the right of the word All
  • Select a Smart List from the dropdown
  • The saved Selections and Search Filters will be applied
  • Make additional Selections and / or apply additional Search Filters
  • A Checkmark icon will appear to the right of the Smart List name
  • Click the Checkmark to Save the revisions

Delete a Smart List

Navigate to either the Customer / Contacts or Orders / Items tab that the Smart List was created in.

  • Click on the down Arrow to the right of the word All
  • Select a Smart List from the dropdown
  • an X icon will appear to the right of the Smart List name
  • Click the X to delete the Smart List
