The Order Items tab can be used: 

  • To search and locate an item or group of items
  • To action an item
  • To bulk action items
  • To export an item list


Note: Access to these functions will vary based on the user's security settings.


Searching Items


Note: Clicking on the spyglass icon will toggle the search filter panel to hide or display. 


Step     Action
  1.       Select {Orders} or {Quotes} and then select the Items tab.

 

  2.        The search criteria that can be used includes:

FieldAction
Item NumberEnter full Item Number.
Item NameEnter in the full or partial Item Name.
DescriptionEnter in the full or partial Description.
Order NumberEnter full Order Number.
Customer NameEnter in the full or partial Customer Name.
Customer NumberEnter in the full or partial Customer Number.
Contact NameEnter in the full or partial Contact Name.
StatusSelect some Status options from the drop-down menu.
ReceiverSelect a Receiver option from the drop-down menu.
Sales RepSelect a Sales Rep option from the drop-down menu.
CSRSelect a CSR option from the drop-down menu.
Graphic ArtistSelect a Graphic Artist option from the drop-down menu.
Commission ContactSelect a Commission Contact option from the drop-down menu.
Order DateSelect an Order Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar.
Posted DateSelect a Posted Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar.
Due DateSelect a Due Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar.
TagsSelect some Tags options from the drop-down menu. Multiple tag search criteria can be selected if applicable.
Item TypeSelect an Item Type option from the drop-down menu.
Budget CodeEnter full Budget Code.
Budget NameEnter in the full or partial Budget Name.
Time SensitiveSelect Yes or No if the item is time sensitive.
QueueSelect some Queue options from the drop-down menu. Multiple queue search criteria can be selected if applicable.
Template GroupSelect a Template Group option from the drop-down menu.
PressSelect a Press option from the drop-down menu.


 3.       Once Search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all search

           criteria, select {Clear}.


Note: If there is a specific set of search criteria you use often, it's possible to save it in the form of a Smart List for future searches. (See General - Smart Lists)



Item Actions  


To open the sub-action menu, click on the vertical ellipses for an order and then select an action from the drop-down.

Description
Summary
This provides a snapshot summary of an items Order/Production details.

Pricing section includes details on how pricing is calculated.
Details section includes all customers demographic information and a summary of the order/items.
Production sections will vary based on item requirements. Each sections includes: due date, details for the specified stage of production, and any notes for each section.
Edit
This opens the Order Item edit page.
Workorder
This opens the a Workorder modal with various workorder layouts. The workorder design will depend on the option selected

Delete
This allows for the item to be deleted. A window will pop-up for confirmation before an item is deleted.
