Companies or individuals who are existing customers or current prospects can be setup in the Customers section of the CRM. Custom defaults can be setup for each customer that will transfer over to all new quotes and orders.


There are several ways a customer can be edited in DocketManager.

  • CRM > Customers > Edit from Vertical Ellipses
  • Customer View > Actions > Edit
  • Quote View > Pencil icon to right-hand side of customer name
  • Order View > Pencil icon to right-hand side of customer name
  • Item View > Pencil icon to right-hand side of customer name

  1.       From the Customer modal, make required changes.



  2.      Select {Save}.  A pop-up will confirm customer successfully saved.
