Thumbnails

Depending on which File Type you choose when adding an Item File a Thumbnail can be created. This Thumbnail image can be displayed in Production Queues to serve as a visual indicator of what the order item looks like when it is printed.

Location 

Thumbnails are located on the right side of the New Item Page.

Thumbnail Options

Checkbox

Clicking the Checkbox on the right will allow you to download or delete a Thumbnail.

Sort

Clicking the Up/Down Arrows to the right will allow you to sort the order of multiple Thumbnails.

Click and drag the Up/Down Arrows on the left to reorder the Thumbnails.

File Actions

Once the file has been added you may need to pause for a moment as the file finishes uploading. Refreshing the page may also be necessary to see the File Actions listed below.

Download

Allows you to download the file to your computer.

Copy URL

Allows you to copy the URL of the File for image hosting needs.

Delete

Allows you to delete the file.
