Chrome

For best results Google Chrome should be used in place of other browsers. DocketManager is written to Chrome standards and offers the best user experience. 

Breadcrumbs

It is important to use the breadcrumbs at the top left of the page to navigate to previous pages in place of using the browser back button.

Hard Refresh

Some page functionality issues can be resolved by performing a hard refresh.

• Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
• Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Popup Blocker

When you print your first document (quote, invoice) you may have to disable your browser popup blocker. An alert will display in the right hand side of the address bar of your browser where you can allow popups from DocketManager.
