Saving a Card



For a client that usually pays with the same card, you can save their card for convenience for future use.  For security purposes the card will be saved with the payment gateway, giving anyone else only the last 4 digits of the card.  There are 2 different methods for saving a card.


Manually Adding a Saved Card

Step      Action

  1.         From the Customer page, go to the Info tab.

  2.         Select {New Credit Card}.

  3.         Enter in the card information


  4.         Select {Save}.

Adding a Saved Card from a Transaction

  1.         From the Credit Card payment screen, check the Save Card box.  Once the transaction is complete the card will save.

All saved cards will display on the Info tab of the Customer page.
