Tags are great way to organize your customers for filtering sales and marketing lists.  You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any customer you want.

You can use the tags on the Marketing Lists page to create new contact lists for upcoming campaigns.


Editing a Customer Tag

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Tags} under Customer.

  2.      Hover mouse over the name of tag to be edited. A pencil icon will appear on the

          right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon. A modal Edit Tag window will open.

  3.      Make required changes. 

  4.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the Tag has been

          successfully saved.
