Tags are great way to organize your customers for filtering sales and marketing lists.  You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any customer you want.

You can use the tags on the Marketing Lists page to create new contact lists for upcoming campaigns.


If you want to keep a tag but no longer use it you can remove the association from the items it is attached to.


Removing a Customer Tag Association

Step    Action

  1.     Select {Settings} and then select {Tags} under Customers.

  2.     Hover mouse over Customer, Contacts, Vendors, or Suppliers field with association 

          to be removed. A minus icon will appear on the right-hand side of the tag entry.


  3.      Select minus icon. A window will pop-up to confirm tag association to be deleted.


  4.      Select {OK} to delete selected associations. A results window will pop-up to indicate

           the selected tag associations have been deleted.


           Note: All associations to this tag will be removed. The tag itself will not be deleted, only its 

           associations.
