Tags are great way to organize your orders and quotes for searching purposes.  You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any order, order item, quote or quote item you want to help you locate it faster.

Searching an Order Tag Association 

Step     Action

   1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Tags} under Dockets.

            Catalogs, or Templates field with tag association to be searched.

         Results: You will be brought to the Quotes/Orders, Items, Catalog, or Templates with 

         search results filtered to include any items with the selected tag association.
