Tags are great way to organize your stock for searching purposes.  You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any stock you want to help you locate it faster.

You can search with the stock tags when reviewing inventory, creating a new PO or adding stock to an order.

If you want to keep a tag but no longer use it you can remove the association from the items it is attached to.

Removing a Stock Tag Association

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Stock} under Dockets.

  2.      Select Tags tab.

  3.      Hover mouse over Stock field with association to be removed. A minus icon will appear on the

           right-hand side of the tag entry.

  4.      Select minus icon. A window will pop-up to confirm tag association to

           be deleted.

  5.      Select {OK} to delete selected associations. A results window will pop-up to

           indicate the selected tag associations have been deleted.

            Note: The tag itself will not be deleted, only its associations.
