The search filters on production can be used to locate a particular order or it can be used to find multiple orders with similar specs. e.g. search all the orders going on the press with PMS 085 Red so you can run them together without having to do a wash up.



Searching for a Customer

Step   Action

  1.      Select {Production} and then select a tab to be searched.



  2.      The search criteria that can be used include:


FieldAction
Assigned ToSelect an option from Assigned drop-down menu.
Graphics, Press, Finishing, Shipping and Item Due DateSelect a time-frame from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar.

Item NumberEnter in the full or partial Item Number.
Item NameEnter in the full or partial Item Name.
Order NumberEnter in the full or partial Order Number.
Order NameEnter in the full or partial Order Name.
StatusSelect some Status options from the drop-down menu.
Customer NameEnter in the full or partial name of the customer in to the Customer Name field.
Customer  NumberEnter in the complete Customer Number.
TagsSelect some Tags options from the drop-down menu.
ReceiverSelect an option from Receiver drop-down menu.
Sales RepSelect an option from Sales Rep drop-down menu.
CSRSelect an option from CSR drop-down menu.
Graphic ArtistSelect an option from Graphic Artist drop-down menu.
Press GroupSelect an option from Press Group drop-down menu.
PressSelect an option from Press drop-down menu. 
Stock NameEnter in the full or partial Stock Name.
Stock WeightEnter in the full or partial Stock Weight.
Stock SizeEnter in the full Stock Size width and/or length.
Stock ColorEnter in the full or partial Stock Color.
Stock FinishEnter in the full or partial Stock Finish.
InkEnter in the full or partial Ink.
Department ItemEnter in the full or partial Department Item.
VendorSelect an option from Vendor drop-down menu.
Ship TypeSelect an option from Ship Type drop-down menu.



   3.     Once Search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all 

           search criteria, select {Clear}.


Note: If there is a specific set of search criteria you use often, it's possible to save it in the form of a Smart List for future searches. (See Smart Lists)
