General Ledger Accounts
A General Ledger, or GL, is a means for keeping record of a company's total financial accounts. DocketManager allows you to track the following accounts:

Asset Accounts

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Deposit Types


Liability Accounts

  • Deposit on Invoice (a holding account for payments made on unposted / open orders).
  • Tax Types


Expense Accounts

  • Discount


Revenue Accounts

  • Cutting
  • Shipping
  • Postage
  • Outsourced Types
  • Timer Rates
  • Department Items
  • Presses
  • Stocks

Create a GL Account
  • Under GL Accounts click New
  • Enter the GL Name and Account Number
  • Click Save.

If you are adding multiple GL Accounts click the down arrow next to Save to Save & Add New.
