General Ledger Accounts
A General Ledger, or GL, is a means for keeping record of a company's total financial accounts. GL Account values can be accessed through GL account breakdown and closeouts.

Setting GL Accounts

  • Navigate to Settings > Accounting > GL Accounts.
  • Scroll down to Set GL Accounts.





Note: For Deposit Types, Tax Types, Outsourced Types, Timer Rates, Department Items, Presses, and Stocks you can add one account for each section or click on the plus sign to assign an account to each separate item.
