Supplies are items that are required for a job but are not necessarily billed. (i.e. Coil Bindings or Boxes)
These items can be associated to department items to create depletion records and track usage. 


Duplicating Supplies

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Inventory} and then select the Supplies tab.

  2.       Select entries under Supplies to be duplicated by checking boxes on the left-hand side.

            All entries can be duplicated by checking box to right of {New} under Supplies.  

       

  3.      Select {Duplicate}. A results window will pop up to indicate the supplies have been duplicated. 

           The duplicated supplies will also now appear with (Copy) in the name.
