Digital Pricing - Clicks Defaults

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing

             section.



  Note: Options will vary for color and black only presses.
    

   2.     Complete the fields under Clicks.


Field
Description
Default Black Cost
Enter in default Black cost per click.
Default Black Price
Enter in default Black price per click.
Default Color Cost
Enter in default Color cost per click.
Default Color Price
Enter in default Color price per click.
 

  3.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the clicks have been

           saved.

 

Digital Pricing - Adding Size Click Scales
Step  Action

  1.    Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing

          section.



2.     Select {New} under Size Click Scale. A New Size Click Scale modal window will open.




  3.      Complete the fields.


Field
Description
Impressions Up To

 Enter in the end quantity for the impressions.

e.g.  1st Scale: 500 (from 1 -500)
      2nd Scale: 1000 (from 501 - 1000)
Size

Select a sheet size from the drop-down menu.
Leave as [Select] for all sizes.

 

Note: These options can be modified. (See Stock-Size )
Black Cost
Enter in the cost per click, or leave blank to use the default.
Black Price

Enter in the price per click, or leave blank to use the default.


  4.       Select {Save} to add a single scale or {Save and Add New} to save and add additional scales. 

            A results window will pop-up to indicate the scale has been saved.   


Digital Pricing - Editing Size Click Scales

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing

            section.

  2.       Hover mouse over the name of pricing scale under Clicks to be edited and select the

            pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the name. A modal Edit Size Click Scale 

            modal will open.


 

  3.       Make required changes.

  4.       Select {Save} to add a single scale or {Save and Add New} to save and add additional scales. 

            A results window will pop-up to indicate the scale has been saved.   

 

Digital Pricing - Deleting Clicks 

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing

            section.

  2.       Select entries under Clicks to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand

            side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under Clicks. 

 

 

  3.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be 

           deleted.

  4.      Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate

 

Digital Pricing - Duplicating Clicks 

Step     Action

 1.        Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing

            section.

 2.        Select entries under Clicks to be duplicated by checking boxes on the 

            left-hand side. All entries can be duplicated by checking box to left of 

           {New} under Clicks.    


 

  3.     Select {Duplicate}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected 

          scales have been duplicated. The duplicated scale will appear under Clicks.

 
Digital  Pricing - Bulk Actions 

Step     Action

 1.       Select {Pricing} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Pricing

           section.

  2.      Select entries under Clicks to be actioned by checking boxes on the left-hand

            side. All entries can be actioned by checking box to left of {New} under 

            Clicks.     



  3.     Select {Bulk Actions}. A Bulk Actions modal window will open.



   4.       Make required changes.

  5.       Select {Save} option.  A results window will pop up to indicate the selected 

            scales have been updated.
