Adding Board/Roll Defaults
Step     Action
1. Ensure that in the Wide Format Type dropdown, you have selected either Board or Roll.

  2.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 
Production section.

3. Complete fields under Board or Roll.

| Cost Per ml | Enter value for the Cost Per ml of ink. | 
| Price Per ml | Enter value for the Price Per ml of ink. | 
4. Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the Board/Roll has
been saved.
Production - Board/Roll Widths
Adding Board/Roll Widths
Step     Action
  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 
Production section.
  2.       Select {New} under Width section of Board or Roll. A New Width modal
window will open.

3. Enter the New Width value.
4. Select {Save} to add a single width or {Save and Add New} to add multiple widths.
A results window will pop-up to indicate the width has been saved.
  
Editing Board/Rolls Widths
Step Action
  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 
Production section.
  2.       Hover mouse over the name of Board or Roll width to be edited. A pencil icon
will appear on the right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon. An Edit
Width modal window will open.

  3.      Make required changes.
4. Select {Save} to save the edited width or {Save and Add New} to save edited width and
add additional widths. A results window will pop-up to indicate the width has been saved.
Deleting Board/Roll Widths
Step Action
  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to
Production section.
2. Select entries under Width of Board or Roll to be deleted by checking boxes
on the left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of
{New} under Width.

3. Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be
deleted.
           Note: Deleting a Width will also delete any associated scales.
  4.     Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate
the selected Widths have been deleted.
In production, board/roll modes can be used to control both speed and ink mls per square foot.
Adding Production Board/Roll Modes
Step     Action
  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 
Production section.
  2.       Select {New} under Board or Roll Modes. A New Mode modal window
will open.

3. Complete the fields.
| Field | Description | 
| Name | Enter a name for the new mode. | 
| Default | Select box to set mode as default for this printer. | 
| Ink ml/sqft or sqm | Enter value for milliliters of ink charge per square foot/meter for the mode. | 
| Widths (sqft or sqm per hour) | Enter in the square feet/meter per hour beside the appropriate width. Note: Widths are not required unless they vary based on square feet/meter per hour.  | 
4. Select {Save} to add one mode or {Save and Add New} to add multiple modes.
A results window will pop-up to indicate the mode has been saved.
Editing Production Board/Roll Modes
Step Action
  1.       Select {Production} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 
Production section.
  2.       Hover mouse over the name of mode to be edited. A pencil icon will appear
on the right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon.

A modal Edit Mode modal window will open.

3.      Make required changes.
4.      Select {Save} to edit one mode or {Save and Add New} to save edited mode and add

  2.       Select entries under Modes to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand
side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under
Modes.
   
3. Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be
deleted.
 4.       Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate
the selected modes have been deleted.
