Every email sent through DocketManager is kept in the records section and can be viewed as well as edited and resent. The status of the records can be tracked through our Mail Gun API integration.

Important Note: When using the SMTP integration, you will not be able to see record statuses as they can not be tracked through our Mail Gun API integration.

Using the search filters on records allows you to locate a particular record or find multiple records with similar specs.

Searching Records

Step      Action

  1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Records} under Communications.


  

  2.        The search criteria that can be used include:


Field
Action
Customer Name
Enter the full or partial Customer Name.
To
Enter the full or partial recipient name.
From
Enter the full or partial sender name.
Type
Select an option from the Type field drop-down.
Description
Enter the full or partial item Description.
StatusSelect an option from the Status field drop-down.
Sent DateSelect a timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range.

 

  3.        Once the search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all 

             search criteria, select {Clear}.
