Documents - Searching Documents


Step     Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Documents} under Communications.

           Note: A Document can be viewed by clicking on the preview icon. If the document has a 

           checkmark under Default column, the document has been designated as the default for 

           that document group.


  2.      The search criteria that can be used include:

Field
Action
Document Name
Enter the full or partial DocumenName.
Group
Select a Group from the drop-down options.
Active
Default set to Yes.

 

   3.     Once the search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all

           search criteria, select {Clear}.
