Edit a Document
- Hover to the right of a Document Name and click the Edit Pencil icon.
The following options are available:
Field | Description |
Document Name | Internal naming convention |
Document Group | Defaulted when document is created |
Size and Margins | Adjustable based on user needs |
Accent and Font Color | Color scheme of the document |
File Name | External File Name displayed the customer |
Active | Is this document active - Yes / No |
Default | Set as the system default - Yes / No |
Edit Modes
At the bottom of the document edit page you will see the following edit mode icons:
Designer Mode
For quick revisions and previewing information that does not require html edits.
HTML Mode
For pasting in html code from the Document Template Library as well as making revisions that require coding.
Actions
Logs
Using document logs you can review edits that were made to a Document an revert to a previously saved version.
View Document Logs
Click Actions in the top right corner of the Document Edit screen.
- Choose Logs.
Revert to a Previous Version
- From the Document Logs table in the steps outlined above.
- Click on a Date.
- At the bottom of the expanded window click Revert.
