Departments Items can be used to add additional charges to a job. They can be graphics, finishing, misc charges, etc. Items can be priced by time and/or piece, linked to supplies for depletions, and tracked with timers.

Using the search filters on department items allows a particular department item or multiple department items with similar specs. to be located.

Searching Department Items

Step     Action  

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Department Items} under DocketsThe 

           page should open on the Search tab.   

  2.      The search criteria that can be used include:

Department Item Name
Enter in the full or partial Department Item Name.

Select a Group from the drop-down menu.

Note: These options can be modified. (See General-Department Item Groups )     

Select a Department from the drop-down menu.
Last Modified

Select a preset date range from Last Modified drop-down. Selecting {Custom Range} from Last Modified drop-down allows for a customized date range to be set using a pop-up calendar.

   3.     Once Search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all search

          criteria, select {Clear}.
