Departments Items can be used to add additional charges to a job. They can be graphics, finishing, misc charges, etc. Items can be priced by time and/or piece, linked to supplies for depletions, and tracked with timers.
To Navigate to Department Item:
Step Action
1. Select {Settings} and then select {Department Items} under Dockets. The
page should open on the Search tab.
2. Hover mouse over the name of department item to be edited and select the pencil icon that appears. A Department Items edit page will open.
Editing a Department Item from the Department Item page:

Configuration | 1. Make required changes to the configuration section. 2. Select {Save}. A pop-up window will confirm Department item saved successfully. If the department item is associated with any job templates, a Template Department Item Update modal will open. If the department item is associated with any Products, a Product Department Item Update modal will open. To apply department item changes:
Note: If both job templates and products have been associated with the department item, the Template Department Item Update modal will open first. Once it has been actioned, the Product Department Item modal will open. | ||||||
