Create your own lock to formulas to customize how your department items are calculated.

i.e. To calculate hard copy proofs for each page, add sheets x versions x sides to get each piece of separate printed artwork


Deleting a Lock  to Formula

Step      Action

  1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Department Items} under Dockets

             Select the Lock to Formulas tab

  2.        Select entries under Lock To Formulas to be deleted by checking boxes on 

             the left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of 

            {New} under Lock To Formulas.

  3.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be 

           deleted. 


  4.      Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to 

           indicate the selected lock to formulas have been deleted.
