Step Action
1. Select {CRM} then select the Marketing Campaigns tab.
2. The search criteria that can be used include:
| Field | Action |
| Campaign Name | Enter in the full or partial Campaign Name of the contact. |
| Customer Name | Enter in the full or partial Customer Name. |
| Due Date | Select a date from the Due Date field drop-down. The search will include all dates up to and including the target date. |
| Contact List Name | Enter in the full or partial Contact List Name. |
3. Once Search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all search
criteria, select {Clear}.
