A Theme provides a default for the layout and design of a portal. The same theme can be used for multiple portals or you can create a theme for each portal.
Creating a Theme
Step Action
1. Select {Settings} and then select {Online Configuration} from Online
Ordering.
2. Select {New} under the Theme section. A New Theme page will open.
3. Complete the fields.

Name | Enter a Name for the new theme. |
Root Theme | A Root Theme is a preset theme, provided by DocketManager, to provide a base layout and design when creating your new theme. For more information on Root Themes, see Online Ordering Setup - Explore Our Themes. Once a theme has been selected, options for editing become available. Note: The Refresh icon will replace any custom HTML, CSS, and Javascript you may have previously entered. |
Primary/Secondary Color | Select a Primary/Secondary Color from the color swatch. |
How to Customize a Theme
The chosen root theme can then be customized by selecting {Customize this Theme} on the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Once selected, fields will appear for customizing Header HTML, Sidebar HTML, Footer HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Editing Theme Information
Step Action
1. Scroll to Theme under Online Ordering section.
2. Hover the mouse over the name of the Theme to be edited and select the pencil icon that appears.
The Theme edit page will open.
3. Make required changes.
4. Select {Save}. A pop-up will confirm Theme saved successfully.
Duplicating a Theme
Step Action
1. Scroll to Theme under Online Ordering section and select portals to be duplicated by
checking boxes on the left-hand side.
2. Select {Duplicate}. A pop-up will confirm selected theme duplicated successfully. The
duplicated them will appear on the table with (- copy) in the name.
