Customers - Financial - Default Commission

Overview


Companies or individuals who are existing customers or current prospects can be setup in the Customers section of the CRM. Custom defaults can be setup for each Customer that will transfer over to all new quotes and orders.


Adding Default Commission Contacts 

Step     Action  

  1.      Select {Financial} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 

             Financial section.

  2.      Select {New} under Default Commission Contacts. An Add New 

             modal window will open.  

  3.       Complete fields.  

  4.       Select {Save}. 


Deleting Default Commission Contacts

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Financial} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to 

            Financial section.       

  2.       Select entries under Default Commission Contacts to be deleted by 

          checking boxes on the left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by 

          checking box to left of {New} under Default Commission Contacts.

  3.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to 

          be deleted.

  4.       Select {OK} to delete selected items. The selected item will be deleted and 

          will no longer appear on the list below Default Commission Contacts.
