Supplies - Inventory Adjustments


Overview


Supplies are items that are required for a job but are not necessarily billed for. (i.e. Coil Bindings or Boxes)
These items can be associated to department items to create depletion records and track usage.


Inventory quantities can be manually adjusted from the Supply View page.

Note: The Inventory section and Adjustment button will only appear if the supply has a PO issued on it.


Inventory Adjustments

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Adjustment} under Inventory. An Adjustment Record modal will open.    

  2.       Enter positive or negative quantity value.

  3.       Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to confirm Adjustment Record successfully saved.


            Refresh the page in order to see adjustment reflected in the dashboard quantities on hand and 

            available.
