Notes are can be added on various pages in DocketManager for internal documentation purposes. These notes can function differently depending on where they have been created.

Examples:

  • A Customer sticky note will copy to any order or quote for that Customer.
  • A Stock sticky note will copy to any order item or product using that stock.

For more information on how notes function within the system, see Internal Documentation-Notes.
