Step Action
1. Select {CRM}. The page should open on the Customers tab.
Note: To filter customers for export, use the search criteria. Only the
search results will be exported. Customers can NOT be individually selected for
export using the boxes on the left-hand side of Customer Name column.
2. Select {Export} under Customers.
Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before
proceeding, depending on your web browser. The file will open or be saved
to your computer depending on your web browser.
