Contacts - Exporting Contacts


Step     Action

  1.       Select {CRM} and then select the Contacts tab.

            Note: Contacts cannot be individually selected for export using the boxes to left-hand side 

            of contact name. To filter contacts for export, use the search criteria. Only the search results will 

            be exported. 

                    ie. If Contacts have been filtered by a customer name, and the search results in 6 contact 

                    entries, only those 6 entries will be exported.

  2.      Select {Export} under Contacts.

           

Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before proceeding, depending 

on your web browser. A .csv file will open or be saved to your computer. On PC/Mac the 

default file location is in your Downloads folder.
