Step Action
1. Select {CRM} and then select the Marketing Campaigns tab.
2. Select {New} under Marketing Campaigns. A New Marketing Campaigns
page will open.
3. Complete the General fields.
Field | Description |
Name | Enter a Name for the marketing campaign. |
Customer | Select a Customer from the drop-down menu. |
Due Date | Select Due Date using calendar. |
Completed | Toggle switch to Yes if campaign has been completed. |
4. Select {Save}. The page will now show the name of the new campaign.
Note: The option to add additional marketing campaign information will be
available once the General marketing information has been saved and the
