Marketing Lists - Contacts


Overview


Users can create Marketing Lists for uses like marketing, promos and surveys. They can be filtered to previous order time periods, tags and locations. Lists can be exported to a csv and imported into any email marketing program.


Adding Contacts to a Marketing List

Adding Existing Contacts to a Marketing List

Step     Action

  1.       In CRM, click the Marketing Lists tab and select a list to edit. 

            Select {Add} then {Existing} contacts. An Add Contacts modal window will open.


  2.      Select the Contacts to be added.   

  3.      Select {Add}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Contacts

             successfully added.

  4.      Select X to close pop up results window.


Adding New Contacts to a Marketing List

Step     Action

  1.      Select {Add} under Contacts on the Marketing List edit page. Select 

           to add {New} contacts. A New Marketing List Contact modal window will open.

  2.      Complete the fields.   

  3.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Contact has been

            saved.

  4     Select X to close pop up results window.


Importing Contacts to a Marketing List

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Add} under Contacts on the Marketing List edit page. Select 

            to {Import} contacts. An Import Contacts modal window will open.

              

  2.      Select {Choose File}. A File Upload modal window will open.

  3.      Locate file on computer to be imported and select {Open}. The name of the file to

           be opened will appear to the right of the {Choose File} button. A results window will pop-up to indicate 

           the imported .csv is ready to be mapped. 

 

  4.      Select {Map}. An Import Contacts modal window will open. 


  5.       Assign fields to be mapped by selecting options from drop-downs.

  6.      Select {Import}. A pop-up window will confirm update completed.

   7.       Select X to close pop-up window.


Editing a Contact on the Marketing List

Step     Action

  1.       Hover mouse over the name of address to be edited under Contacts. A pencil 

            icon will appear on the right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon.


  2.     An Edit Marketing List Contact modal window will open.

  3.       Make required changes.

  4.       Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Contact saved 

            successfully.

  5.       Select X to close the pop-up window.    


Deleting a Contact on the Marketing List
Step     Action

  1.       Select entries under Contacts to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand

            side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under Contacts.  

  2.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.


  3.      Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate

           the selected contacts have been deleted.

  4.      Select X to close pop up results window.


Exporting Contacts

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Export} under Contacts.


Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before proceeding, depending 

on your web browser. A .csv file will open or be saved to your computer. On PC/Mac the 

default file location is in your Downloads folder.
