The Order Item Summary report shows a summary of items ordered by job group.


Note: Start and End Date are based off of Order Dates.

e.g. If Posted = Posted, Start Date = October 1 and End Date = October 31, results will include all posted orders with an Order Date from October 1 to October 31. 



Step     Action

  1.       Select {Reports} and then select {Order Item Summary} under the Marketing

            section. A Generate Report modal window will open.

  2.      Complete the fields.


FieldDescription
PostedSelect Posted or Unposted, if applicable, from the drop-down.
Start DateSelect a Start Date using the calendar.
End DateSelect an End Date using the calendar.

    

  3.      Select {Generate}.


           Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before 

           proceeding, depending on your web browser. The file will open or be saved 

           to your computer depending on your web browser.



Report columns include:

  • Job Group
  • # of Order Items
  • Total
